5 ounces steak sauce
5 ounces worchestershire sauce
14 ounces ketchup
1/4 pound butter
4 Tbsp. vinegar
dash of hot sauce
1 small onion, chopped
2 cloves of garlic, crushed
Juice of 1 lemon
Small piece of leafy celery

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in medium saucepan
and simmer 1 hour
stir occasionally
Use in cooking chicken, pork or beef
