2/3 c butter softened
2 c sugar
4 eggs
2 T zest of Lime
4 T Lime juice divided
1 t vanilla
3 c all purpose flour
3 t baking powder
1 t salt
1 c milk 1 c chopped walnuts
2/3 c confections sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter & sugar. Add eggs mix well & add lime juice, zest and vanilla. Mix til well combined. Combine flour, baking powder and salt. Add to mixture alternatelly with milk. Fold in walnuts. Pour into 2 greased 9x5x3 inch loaf pans. Bake at 350 for about 50 minutes til a toothpick comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes & turn out on rack. Mix confectioners sugar and 2 T lime juice and drizzle over warm bread.
