7 potatoes
32 oz chicken broth
1 cup cream of onion
1/2 cup cream of celery
1/2 pint half and half
1 cup cheese
1 Tbsp butter
1 cup Monterey jack cheese, grated

Directions:
Directions:
Cook potatoes in chicken broth till tender. Add onion and celery soup. Let this simmer for about 5 minutes. Then add half and half and cheese and stir till cheese melts . It is ready to serve.
