2 16 ounce cans of peaches or apricots
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 cube butter or margarine
2/3 cup brown sugar
1 1/3 cups flour
1 1/3 cups quick oats
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Grease a 9x9 pan. Spread fruit in pan and sprinkle with the lemon juice, then sprinkle with the cinnamon. Set this aside.
Melt the butter or margarine, add the brown sugar and stir. Add the flour, oats, salt, baking soda and vanilla. Combine until crumbly. Put over the fruit and bake at 350 for 35 minutes. If desired pour mild or cream over the crumble to serve.
