2-10 oz packages frozen spinach ½ lb American cheese 6 eggs 2 lbs cottage cheese 6-8 Tbsp flour 1 stick melted butter ½ lb brick cheese
Bring spinach to a boil, cook till thawed, and drain well. Mix eggs, spinach, flour, butter, and cottage cheese. Cube cheeses and add them to mixture. Stir well and put in buttered pan. Bake 1 hour at 350.
