1-32 oz. pkg frozen hash brown potatoes
1-16 oz. container of sour cream
1 med onion, chopped
1-10 ¾ oz. can condensed Cream of Chicken soup
2 c shredded cheddar cheese
1 stick of butter, melted
Salt & pepper to taste
Lawry’s seasoning salt to taste
1 cup of potato chips or corn flake crumbs

Blend all ingredients in a large bowl.
Spread into a 9x13x2 inch baking dish.
Sprinkle corn flake crumbs or crunched potato chips on top of mixture.
Cook at 350 for 45 minutes to one hour or until bubbly and crisp.
