8 large tomatoes,
3 cloves garlic minced,
3/4 c fresh basil finely chopped,
1/3 c extra virgin olive oil,
2 tbsp. capers,
1 1/2 c. feta,
coarse salt coarse ground pepper to taste,

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 F
mix together all ingredients in large bowl
slice baguette in 1/2 in. slices, brush one side of each piece with olive oil and toast in oven oil side face up until brown. Remove from oven and add approx 1 tbsp of room temp mixture to each piece of toast and return to oven for approx 2-5 minutes (until mixture is warm). Serve immediately.
