32 squares of soda crackers, crubmled
1 C. chopped walnuts
6 egg whites, beaten stiff
2 C. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. vanilla
1 medium size Cool Whip
1/2 C. chopped walnut

Directions:
Directions:
Mix crumbled crackers and 1 C. nuts and set aside.
Beat egg whites until stiff, then fold in the sugar, baking powder and vanilla. Fold in the reserved cracker crumbs and nuts.
Pour into greased 9x13" pan and bake at 325 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
Cool.
Just before serving, spread with Cool-Whip and sprinkle with nuts.
