Preheat oven to 325º and spray 9x13 dish with Pam. Take each potato half and roll crescent roll around and place in prepared dish. In small sauce pan, melt butter and add water and sugar. Stir and let come to full boil and pour slowly over sweet potato rolls. Bake for 30-45 minutes or until golden brown.
