1 stick butter
1 c. brown sugar
2 T. white corn syrup
3/4 c. pecans
1 loaf French bread, cut in 1" slices
1 8 oz. package cream cheese
2 c. milk
5 eggs
1 t. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix melted butter, brown sugar, corn syrup and pecans. Put in bottom of 9 x 13 in. baking dish. "Slather" bread with cream cheese and put cheese side down on above mixture. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over bread. Sprinkle with cinnamon/sugar. Refrigerate overnight. Bake 55-60 minutes @ 350-375. Dust with powdered sugar.
