Ingredients:  
1 lb. sausage, brown and drain
6 slices bread, cubed
8 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
1 can mushrooms (opt)
6 eggs, beaten
1 3/4 c. milk
1 t. dry mustard
salt & pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients, except cheese, pour in greased 9 x 13 in. casserole dish. Top with cheese. Refrigerate overnight. Bake 45 to 60 minutes @ 325-350.
