6 or 8 chicken breasts, cooked and diced
1 pkgs. frozen broccoli, cook slightly, drain well

Sauce:
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 c. Hellman's mayonnaise
1 c. Velveeta cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together chicken and broccoli, pour in 9 x 13 in. casserole dish. Heat remaining ingredients until cheese is melted and sauce is smooth. Pour over chicken/broccoli mixture. Top with fresh buttered bread crumbs. Bake 35-45 minutes @ 350.

To make fresh bread crumbs, butter bread on one side, tear into pieces and put in food processor. May add paprika when processing for instant crumbs with evenly distributed paprika.
