1 1/2 cups oil
2 cups sugar
3 eggs
2 tsp vanilla

3 cups flour
1 tsp soda
1 tsp salt
1 cup pecans, chopped
3 cup chopped apples

Topping:
1 cup brown sugar
1 stick butter
1/4 cup milk

Directions:
Directions:
Mix oil, sugar, eggs and vanilla. Add flour, soda, and salt. Fold in pecans and apples. Bake in 9x13 pan for 30 minutes at 350. For Topping: Mix and cook for three minutes. Pour over hot cake and let set in pan for two hours.
