1 1/2 extra lean hamburg,chicken or turkey
1 can low fat mushroom soup
1 pkg. of dried onion and garlic soup mix.
1/2 cup of chili sauce -1 egg
3 slices of brown bread.
1/2 tsp. sage
1/4 tsp pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Mix meat, soup mix, chili sauce, and mushroom soup, egg and pepper to-gether. This will be sloppy. In another bowl break up bread and add sage. Put meat mixture in loaf pan, pressing it up the sides and leaving the middle for the dressing. Put remaining meat mixture on top and put a little chili sauce on to cover. Bake at 350 for 1 1/2 hours.
