1/2 cup hot water
1/2 cup white syrup
1 1/2 cups sugar

2 cups raw peanuts
2 Tbsp butter
1 tsp soda

Directions:
Directions:
Boil water, syrup and sugar together until mixture will "spin a thread". Add raw peanuts and cook until peanuts "pop" or begin to brown, stirring continuously. Candy will be caramel color. Remove from heat and add butter; when melted, add soda. Pour on greased cookie sheet and spread thin. When cool, break into pieces and store in an airtight container.
