1 box pound cake mix
1 egg
2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
2 tsp. margarine

Mix together and press into a 15 x 10 jelly roll pan.

8 oz cream cheese softened
2 eggs
1 can eagle brand milk
2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
1 16 oz. can pumpkin
1/2 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 4 ingredients together and press into a 15 x 10 jelly roll pan.
Cream cheese, add eggs and milk. Mix well. Add pumpkin, spice, and salt. Pour over crust. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Cool & refrigerate.
Serve with a dollop of whip cream on each serving.
