12 oz cool whip
1 box graham crackers
2 boxes instant vanilla pudding
1 can Betty Crocker chocolate frosting
3 c milk

Directions:
Directions:
Layer crackers in a 9x13 baking dish. Mix pudding with 3 c milk beating for about 2 minutes or til set. Fold cool whip into this mixture. Pour 1/2 over crackers, add another layer of crackers then add the rest of the pudding. Add another layer of crackers on top. Soften frosting in the container after removing the foil top by microwaving for about a minute so the frosting can be poured over the top of crackers. Cover with clear wrap and chill.
