1 c heavy cream
8 squares (1 oz ea) semi sweet chocolate chopped
1 t vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Bring cream to boil in a saucepan. Remove from heat and stir in chocolate til smooth then add vanilla. Pour half into a bowl and refrigerate til good spreading consistency, about 2 hours. Cover the other half and let remain at room temperature to use as glaze.
