Banana Praline Muffins Recipe

3 over ripe bananas
1 egg
1/2 c sugar
1/4 c oil
1 1/2 c bisquick
For Praline topping
1 T sour cream
3 T brown sugar
1/3 c chopped pecans
1 c light brown sugar
1/2 c butter
2 T corn syrup
1 c finely choopped pecans or walnuts

Preheat oven to 400. Grease a 12 cup muffin pan.
Mash banana in a large bowl. Beat egg, sugar and oil together and add mashed banana then bisquick and mix well using a fork. Pour into greased muffin pan. In a separate bowl, blend sour cream, brown sugar, and chopped pecans. Top each muffin with 1 t of mixture and bake 15 minutes or til done.
Frosting blend brown sugar, butter and corn syrup and heat til well blended. Add nuts and top cooled muffins.
