1 pkg. yellow cake mix 1/2 cup butter or margarine (softened) 1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar 1/2 tsp. cinnamon 2 apples (thinly sliced) 1 cup sour cream 1 egg
Heat oven to 350º F. Combine cake mix and butter. Mix until crumbly. Set aside 2/3 cup for topping and stir in brown sugar and cinnamon for the topping mixture. Press remaining mixture onto bottom of ungreased 9x13 pan. Arrange apple slices over base. Blend sour cream & egg; spread evenly over apples. Sprinkle the topping mixture over all. Bake at 350º for 25 to 30 min. or until topping is golden brown & bubbly. Serve warm. Refrigerate leftovers.
