2 Cups flour
1/4 Teaspoon salt
1 1/2 Teaspoons Baking Powder
3/4 Cup sugar
1 Stick butter
2 Eggs
1 Teaspoon vanilla
1/2 Dried cranberries chopped
1 1/2 Cup Cranberry Crunch Cereal

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla. Beat for a few minutes. Mix flour, salt, and baking powder together. Gradually add the flour mixture. Be sure that it is mixed well. Stir in cranberries and cereal. Divide dough into two equal parts. Put loaves on large cookie sheet. Use parchment paper as a liner. Form loaf about two inchs thick and about fourteen inches long. Bake at 325 for thirty minutes. Cool on board for about ten to fifteen minutes. Slice with serrated knife. Cut into bars. Seperate cookies and return to oven to cook for additional twelve minutes.
