Ingredients:  
1 lb. raisins
1 stick margarine
2 tsp. baking soda
2 c. boiling water
2 beaten eggs
4c. flour
2c. sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
Chopped pecans (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all together and pour into 3 large well-greased loaf pans. Fill 2/3 full. Bake for 1 hour or longer at 350. Do not underbake.
