2 pkg. dry yeast
1 c. warm water (110 degrees)
2 Tbs. Veg. Oil
1 tsp. salt
3 to 3 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve yeast in warm water in large bowl. Let stand 5 min. Stir in oil, salt, 1 c. flour, & sugar. Stir in enough remaining flour to make a soft dough. Turn out on lightly floured surface. Knead until smooth & elastic (8 - 10 min.)
Place in greased bowl and grease the top of the dough. Let rise about one hour in a warm (85) location. It will double in bulk. Punch down. Smooth out on a greased pizza pan. Put sauce on and put into a 425 oven for 10 min. Cool partially, add toppings and cheese, reheat.

Can also put into a cold oven , set temp. to 500 degrees and bake for 17 - 20 min.
