Chicken Breasts or Tenderloin
Lime
Honey
Lime Tostitos (or baked Scoops for those watching their calories!)
Chili Powder
Cilantro
Salsa or Pico de Gallo

Directions:
Directions:
Crush the Tostitos in a gallon size storage bag. Add chili powder to taste. Combine the honey and lime juice. Add chopped cilantro to honey lime mixture. Add chicken to coat then put into plastic chip bag. Once chicken is breaded with the chips place on greased cookie sheet.

Bake until done. Serve on Pico de Gallo.
