1 32 ounce bottle ketchup
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 Tablespoon orchestras sauce
1 Tablespoon tobacco
1 Tablespoon liquid smoke
2 Tablespoon red wine vinegar
1/2 Teaspoon salt
1 1/2 Teaspoon garlic salt
1/2 Teaspoon pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Use 5 to 7 pounds boneless brisket roast. Brush on 4 tablespoons of liquid smoke. Put in roasting pan. Wrap tightly in foil and bake at 350 for 30 minutes per pound. Remove when done and trim off excess fat. Take two forks and shred meat by running each fork in a different direction. Pour sauce over meat and refrigerate over night. This is a way of tenderizing the meat. You can use a crock pot to heat before serving the next day.
