2lb. frozen O'Brien Has Brown Potatoes thawed
1 chopped onion sautéed in 1/2 stick margarine
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pint sour cream
8oz. grated sharp cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients in large bowl. Put in greased 9x13 inch pan. Cover and refrigerate over night. Cook uncovered for one hour at 350º. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving
