1 stick butter 1 1/2 C sugar 1 1/2 C flour 2 eggs 4 T buttermilk 1 tsp. soda 4 very ripe bananas 1 C chopped walnuts
Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs one at a time. Add bananas. Mix soda and buttermilk in a measuring cup and add to mixture. Slowly add flour and mix. Add nuts. Pour into a greased loaf pan. Bake in a preheated oven at 325 degrees for one hour.
