2 whole wheat pizza crusts 1 brick low fat cream cheese 1/2 low fat mayo 2 c broccoli 1 c marble cheese 1/4 c chopped red onion 1 c chopped peppers (use red, orange and yellow to give it lots of colour)
cook pizza crusts just until they are slightly crispy Don't over cook! Let crusts cool. Mix together cream cheese and mayo. Spread mixture over the crusts and top with cheese then veggies. Let set for 1/2 hr in the fridge, cut into 2 inch squares
