1 graham cracker crust
1 can sweetened condensed milk (Fat free works)
1 scant teaspoon grated lime zest; green part only
3 oz freshly squeezed lime juice
5 oz cream cheese (Neuschaftel works)
Whipping cream or Cool Whip

Directions:
Directions:
Wash and zest the limes. Squeeze limes to yield 3 oz. juice.
Whip cream cheese, sweetened condensed milt and grated lime zest until smooth, all the time scraping down sides of bowl. Add the lime juice and blend until combined. Pour into prepared pie crust and chill until set. Top with freshly whipped cream.
