3 c flour 2 c sugar
1 c butter 1 c crisco
1 c coconut 1 t baking soda
1 t baking powder 1 t vanilla
Red and green decorator sugar

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cream together butter, crisco, sugar and vanilla.
2. Combine dry ingredients and add to butter mixture.
3. Divide dough into sections and form into 1-11/4"
diameter rolls. Either roll them in colored sugar
or wait and sprinkle cookies with sugar after
slicing.Cover tightly with plastic wrap. Refridgerate.
At this point rolls can be further wrapped in foil and
frozen for later use.
4. Slice rolls into1/8 inch circles. Bake at 325 5-7
minutes until bottom of cookies are lightly browned .
