2-3 chicken breasts, cooked and cubed
16 oz. frozen broccoli (we like florets)
2 cans Cream of Chicken soup
1 c. shredded cheese
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. curry powder
1 T. lemon juice
12ish oz. corn bread stuffing (we sometimes use more)
1/2 stick butter (we use more if we use more stuffing)

Cook chicken and cube. Steam broccoli. In a 9x13 dish, arrange chicken pieces over broccoli. Make a sauce of soup, mayo, curry and lemon juice. Heat sauce and pour over chicken/broccoli. Spread cheese over sauce. Saute stuffing in butter and spread over top of casserole. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes.
