Smoked Sausage sliced
red beans 4-5 cans
onion 1-2
butter 1/2 stick

rice

Directions:
Directions:
Dice 1 large onion
melt 1/2 stick butter over hot skillet
add sliced smoked sausage to onions and butter cook for about 5-7 minutes.
add red beans simmer and serve over the rice.

1 part rice
2 parts water
cook till rice boils cover and simmer till water is gone
