2 c mashed sweet potatoes 1 1/2 c granulated sugar 2 eggs 3/4 stick butter 1 c milk or 1/2 c canned milk 1/2 t nutmeg 1/2 t cinnamon For topping: 1/2 c brown sugar 1/2 c chopped pecans 3/4 stick melted butter
Mix main ingredients and bake in a casserole at 400º for 20 minutes. Mix topping ingredients and spread over top. Bake an additional 10 minutes.
