1 cup bananas mashed (about 2 medium bananas)
1/2 cup brown sugar packed
3/4 cup natural wheat bran
1 cup crushed pineapple in juice (undrained)
1/2 cup fat free sour cream
1 1/2 tsp orange peel
1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
3 egg whites
3/4 cups skim milk powder
2 cups all purpose flour (I use whole wheat)
1 tbsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the first 9 ingredients in a bowl and set aside. Mix next 4 ingredients in small bowl. Add flour mix to the banana mixture all at once and mix until moistened. Divide mixture into 12 coated muffin tins. Bake at 350F 15-20 mins.
