18 oz White confectionary coating cut into pieces
9 T butter (no substitutes)
2 T whipping cream
1/4 c confectioners sugar
White dipping chocolate

Directions:
Directions:
In micrwave or double boiler, melt coating, butter and cream until smooth. Stir frequently. Stir in sugar. If mixture separates, beat with mixer for 30 seconds. Pour into 8 inch square pan and chill for 20 minutes or til slightly hardened. Use a melon baller or spoon and shape into 1 inch balls. Dip in melted dipping chocolate.
