2 pkg Chopped Broccoli Florets
1 Lg Velveeta
Milk
1 can Chicken Broth
Chopped Onion
Salt and Pepper
Flour

Directions:
Directions:
Place frozen broccoli in pan with the chicken broth and enough water to cover. Add chopped onion, simmer. Add enough milk to make soup consistency, salt and pepper and melt the velveeta block in the soup.

This soup will break down in a crock pot. it's best to prepare and
serve immediately. You can also substitute potatoes or other
vegetables if you prefer.
