For each egg use 1 tbsp. each of flour, milk, and melted butter.

Directions:
Mix flour and milk, add melted butter and stir. Beat in egg(s). Cook in a small skillet, sprayed, cooking about 2 tbsp. at a time. Tilt skillet to cover it with batter. Turn once - cooks quickly, about 30 seconds. Keep warm in oven or re-heat.

Use for main dish rolled up with seafood, etc, or as dessert with fruit, ice cream, sauce, or anything desired. Seems harder than it is, but can be elegant.
