21/2 tbsp orange juice
1 tbsp olive oil
1 1/2 tbsp ground black pepper
1/2 tsp salt

SALAD
2 cups fresh baby spinach
1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
1/2 cup thin sliced red onion

Directions:

mix all ingredients for vinaigrette in shaker and mix well.

toss salad with dressing and serve
