1/2 cup plain low fat yogurt
1 tbsp lemon juice
3 cloves of garlic
2 tsp olive oil
1 tbsp water
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ground cumin
1/8 tsp ground pepper

in food processor or blender puree all ingredients until it's just a little chunky. Keeps well in fridge for 5 days.
