4 oz jar Dried Beef (shredded) 1/4 c. Butter 1/4 c. Flour 1/8 t. Pepper 2 c. Milk 1/2 t. Worcestershire Sauce 1/4 t. Mustard
Saute beef in butter until edges curl. Blend in flour and pepper, let bubble. Gradually add milk, bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Add Worcestershire sauce and mustard. Serve over toast (noodles, rice, baked potato, etc.).
