3 ½ lbs. pork “lean pork trimmings or fat roast”
3 ½ lbs pork liver
1 Tbl pepper
2 Tbl salt
1½ Tbl Marjoram
1 Clove of garlic
1 Med onion per 3lbs of meat

Directions:
Directions:
Pre-cook the liver and pork. Grind and sauté onions and garlic. Cool and grind Pre-cooked liver and pork. (fine blade) Mix all ingredients well, adjust seasoning to taste. Put in foil lined bread pans, cover with foil. Bake in pans of water “double boiler style” at 350 for 1½ hour.

Makes two large pans.
