1 pkg (16 oz) angel hair pasta
1 lbs ground beef
1 jar (26 oz) spaghetti sauce
2 cans (8 oz) tomato sauce
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 C. (8 oz) sour cream
2 C. (8 oz) shredded colby-jack cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook pasta according to package directions. Brown hamburger, drain. Stir in tomato sauce and spaghetti sauce. Remove from heat. Drain pasta. Combine soup and sour cream. In two 8-in square baking dishes layer half meat sauce, pasta, soup mix, and cheese. Repeat layers. Cover and freeze one casserole for up to 3 months. Cover and bake the remaining casserole at 350 degrees for 55 65 minutes or until cheese is melted.
FROZEN: Thaw in refrigerator overnight. Remove from frig 30 minutes before baking. Bake as directed.
