Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 c milk
2 c shredded cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup
3 c croutons or cubed dry bread
4 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together everything but the bread. Fold the bread in. The original recipe says to let it sit overnight, but I have never done that and it has turned out well. Grease a 9x13 pan and pour mixture into pan. Oven should be preheated to 350 degrees and cook for about 1 ½ hours to 2 hours.
Let sit for a bit and then cut and serve.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
Some variety is adding a pound of browned breakfast sausage, adding mushrooms, onions, spinach(frozen kind thawed out), tomato, peppers, etc…
