Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 large cans tomato sauce
2 large cans diced tomatoes
1 lbs ground pork
1 lbs ground beef
1 large onion
2 reg cans chili beans
1 large jalapeño pepper
1 habanera pepper
Chili powder
Cumin
Oregano
Basil
2 Tbls minced garlic

Directions:
Directions:
Brown Beef and Pork in a large skillet. In a large pot mix tomatoes, beans, beef, pork, chopped onion, garlic. Chop jalapeño in half and put it in the pot, same with the habanera. If you don’t like spicy food you will want to remove these later. If you do like spicy food leave them in, if you like really, really spicy foods grind them up with a food processor and leave them in the chili. Add enough chili powder and cumin to cover the chili in the pot, you may need to add more to season to taste, I usually like to add a little more cumin, add 3 Tbls of oregano and basil. This always tastes best if you make it and leave it sit for a day in the fridge before eating it.
