3 tsp. lemon juice
tomatoes

Directions:
Directions:
Place tomatoes into vat of hot water for just a few minutes. Transfer them into a sink of ice cold water. Peel and cut into cubes. Place as many as you can press into jars. Add salt and lemon juice. Boil the rings and lids and place on the clean jar openings. Cook at a gentle, rolling boil for 30 minutes.
