2 cups chopped onions
2 cups chopped celery
2 cups chopped mushrooms
1/2 lb. butter
1/8 cup flour
1 gallon water
2-3 lbs cored and sliced cabbage
3 Tbsp. chicken broth
1 Tbsp. salt
1 T pepper
1 tsp. garlic
1/2 tsp. cayenne
1 lb skinless smoked sausage (bite size pieces)
2 c ups frozen peas

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onions, celery and mushrooms in butter. Add flour and cabbage.Cook until tender then add water, spices, peas and the sausage. Cook for at least 1 hour.
