2 cups zucchini grated
3 cups flour
1 1/2 cup brown sugar
2/3 cup oil
1 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp.nutmeg
4 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs and add sugars then stir in remaining ingredients. Preheat oven to 325. Pour mixture into greased and floured loaf pans, 2/3 full. Bake for 30-40 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
Allow to cool and serve.

Ever try chocolate zucchini bread? Add 2/3 c cocoa and 1/2 c sugar. Fill cupcake paper, bake and ice(optional). You can also add your favorite nuts.
I also make a mixture of tub butter sugar and cinnamon to put on this bread.
