2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
2 cloves garlic, minced, or
2 tablespoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/4 cup vegetable oil

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all the ingredients in a bowl. Place the meat in a shallow pan or dish. Using a pastry brush or hands, cover the meat on both sides with the seasoning. Cover with plastic wrap. Refrigerate at least 8 hours, or overnight.

Use on chicken, pork, beef, or fish. Everything but fish should be done the day before. Fish needs only 30-60 minutes in the seasoning. The dry ingredients can be mixed and saved in a jar for a couple of months. Add the oil when ready to use. Makes enough for 3 pounds meat.
