1 lb. bacon cut into pieces
2 cups cubed cooked ham
1 small onion chopped
10 slices cubed french bread
1 cup cooked cubed potatoes
3 cups shredded cheddar cheese
8 eggs
3 c. milk
1 Tbsp. worscheshire
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Saute the bacon and the onion until done. Remove from grease and add cooked ham. In a deep 9x13" casserole dish layer bread, potatoes, cheese, meat. Mix eggs with remaining ingredients and pour over the top. Cover and chill overnight in fridge. Bake uncovered at 325 for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
