18 tart Shells 1 cup grated cheddar cheese 1 egg 1/2 cup milk 1/4 tsp salt 1/4 tsp onion salt 6 slices of bacon
Fry bacon until crispy and drain. Divide cheese evenly among shells. Beat egg until frothy add milk and mix in salts. Spoon into shells. Top with crumbled bacon. Bake at 350 degrees for about 20 to 25 minutes
